Donna

Donna, Office Manager

Getting to know our patients is a perk for Practice Administrator, Donna. In the past, she has managed practices with up to 5 dentists and 30 team members which made that difficult at best. She's an educator at heart and enjoys helping patients understand not only the how's but the why's.

Donna is very proud of her association with the American Academy of Dental Office Managers. She is currently working to become a Fellow of the organization. Many hours of continuing education, collaboration, attending national meetings and even being published are all requirements to be inducted as a Fellow.

Donna is affectionately called our "Mother of Pearl" by the Pearl Girls. With over 30 years of dental office management and consulting experience, Donna has proven to be an irreplaceable asset to the Pearl Dentures and Dental Care team.

When not at the office, you might find her just down the road enjoying shopping and dining on the square as well as attending the wonderful performances at the Opera House. She previously served for two years as a leader in the Junior Leadership Granbury class followed by serving on the board of directors of Leadership Granbury for several years. She currently serves at her church's Community Kitchen and recently became involved with a new Grief Ministry.

Donna received her BAT in Home & Consumer Economics from Sam Houston State University.

Shannon

Shannon, Insurance Specialist

With 31 years of dentistry experience, Shannon began her career after high school and has developed a deep passion for the field. Graduating from Texas Wesleyan University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration, Shannon's education has enriched her understanding of patient care and business management within dentistry.

Shannon cherishes her family as her greatest achievement. Her husband, Steve, and their three talented children bring her immeasurable joy and laughter. With a granddaughter and a new grandchild on the way, Shannon eagerly anticipates the next chapter of her family's journey.

Outside of dentistry, Shannon finds solace in traveling with her husband, singing, playing the piano, and indulging in online retail therapy. Her quirky sense of humor adds a delightful charm to her personality.

Shannon's dedication to dentistry and her vibrant personality make her an invaluable member of Granbury our dental team, where her extensive experience and lively spirit contribute to a warm and welcoming patient experience.

Caitlin

Caitlin, Registered Dental Assistant

Caitlin joined our team in January 2024. She studied at Weatherford College, where she earned an Associate of Arts and completed her Dental Assisting certification. As an RDA, she brings a true passion for patient care and loves helping people restore their smiles and confidence.

What Caitlin enjoys most about being part of the practice is the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. She finds joy in helping patients feel more confident and comfortable, and her caring approach shines through in every interaction.

Outside the office, Caitlin has a wonderful fiancé and the sweetest bunny named Lola. She has also always been passionate about singing and music, which adds to the warmth and creativity she brings to the team.

Katie

Katie, Registered Dental Assistant

Katie joined our team in June 2022. She attended Ft. Worth Dental Assisting School and completed her training in 2010. She brings extensive knowledge of dentures and removable appliances to her role, with a strong focus on helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Katie enjoys most being part of a practice that feels like more than a dental office. To her, it feels like a family. She values the relationships she builds each day and finds real joy in connecting with patients on a deeper level. For Katie, dentistry is not only about clinical care. It is also about creating lifelong connections and making each person feel seen and supported. She shares that she prays for each and every person who comes in and out of her chair.

Outside the office, Katie is a proud mother of four boys, ranging in age from 10 to 22. She also discovered later in life that she is quite the artist and enjoys painting and drawing. Patients can even see her beach scene displayed in front of her operatory when they visit the office!

Jamie

Jamie, Front Desk Receptionist

Jamie joined our team in 2025 and serves as our front desk receptionist. She studied dental assisting and was proud to graduate in 2017 with perfect attendance. She is a team player who contributes to the practice by showing up, being herself and working well with everyone around her.

What Jamie enjoys most about being part of the practice is how well the team works together. To her, it feels like family. She values being part of a close-knit office where people support one another and work toward the same goal of caring for patients.

Outside the office, Jamie is a proud mom of two wonderful children, Devan and Lila, who mean the world to her. She also shares a close bond with her mom, Tabitha, who she describes as her rock. In her free time, Jamie enjoys a good movie night, doing word searches and spending time with her family. Jamie is also a devoted animal lover. She has a dog and two cats, and she enjoys volunteering at animal shelters whenever she can. Her warm personality, caring nature and team-first attitude make her a valued part of our office.

Sam

Sam, Registered Dental Hygienist

Sam joined our team in 2025 and serves as a registered dental hygienist. He studied at Tarrant County College and was class president during his time there. He enjoys treating people and takes pride in helping support both practice growth and patient retention through the care he provides.

What Sam enjoys most about being part of the practice is the opportunity to care for others each day. As a Granbury native, he especially loves treating people in his hometown and being part of the community he knows so well.

Outside the office, Sam enjoys reading and spending time close to home with his family. He shares that his mother and father both live in town, which makes staying connected to family an important part of his life. Sam's local roots, leadership background and dedication to patient care make him a valued member of our team.

Monica

Monica, Registered Dental Hygienist

Monica joined our team in 2025 and immediately felt at home with a team that truly values collaboration, positivity, and high-quality patient care. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene and is passionate about continuing education, especially in periodontal therapy and advanced hygiene techniques. She is committed to staying current with evidence-based practices and continually sharpening her clinical skills to provide the best care possible for her patients.

What Monica enjoys most about being part of the practice is working with a team that genuinely enjoys being together. The positive energy in the office makes a difference — not just for the team, but for patients as well. Everyone supports each other, celebrates wins, and creates an environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. Monica contributes by focusing on thorough, patient-centered care and strong periodontal education. She takes time to help patients understand their oral health and empowers them with tools to improve it. She also brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset that helps keep the day running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside the office, Monica loves spending time with her husband and two kids, who are her biggest support system. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, and finding new ways to bring creativity into both her personal life and her career. Monica is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and comfortable in the dental chair. Building trust and long-term relationships with patients is one of the most rewarding parts of what she does.

Maria

Maria, Registered Dental Assistant

Maria is the warm and welcoming voice of our office, instantly putting everyone at ease with her friendly and upbeat attitude. Her exceptional organizational skills keep our team and patients on track, making her the linchpin of our practice. A true expert in making treatments affordable within budgets, Maria is dedicated to ensuring every patient can access the care they deserve. She carefully explains payment options with empathy and understanding, guiding patients through the process.

Outside of work, Maria leads a vibrant and active life, finding joy in playing volleyball and cherishing time with her extensive family. She is a proud mother of two wonderful sons, Jacob and Juan, aged 22 and 20, respectively. With 10 years of experience at our practice, Maria's journey from Dental Assisting school to her current role showcases her unwavering dedication to excellence. Through continuous education and relentless hard work, Maria has achieved an unparalleled level of expertise, making her an invaluable asset to our team and our patients.
